Hey! We are not just sitting around waiting for the phone to ring. No, no! While lining up some dates for 2021, Kuba & Rebecca have taken some music students under their wings. Who knew that we could teach piano, guitar and voice … and love it?! In addition, Kuba is making patio furniture! Who knows what the future holds, but we are going to survive and be better for it.
On stage, Rebecca is best known for her roles in “Evita”, both as Peron’s Mistress & the title role of Eva and in “Jekyll & Hyde” as Lucy. She has Performed these roles all over the world to standing ovations and critical acclaim. Rebecca's concert cabaret incorporates contemporary songs from Broadway musicals such as Les Miserables & Jekyll and Hyde, as well as the current hits of country radio with songs made famous by Reba McEntire & Martina McBride, among others. She finds the connection between the two genres to be their passion and storytelling qualities. With Rebecca's easy to get to know personality, the audience not only feels an identity with the songs, but with the singer as well. She’s not just a powerful voice -– she connects. Rebecca regularly tours the United States and also makes guest appearances onboard various cruise lines while often sharing the stage with her husband, Kuba Kawnik, a multi-instrumentalist who is best known for his performance on the vibraphone and theremin. They live in Nashville, Tennessee with their daughter, Rozalia.
